2 Chesham Hotel, Belgravia

A Grade II listed Victorian residence in the heart of Belgravia, originally built in 1882 by the renowned London master builder Thomas Cubitt.

Delivered by Brecons as a Design & Build project within a demanding 14-month programme, the transformation of 2 Chesham Hotel required exceptional coordination, craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout.

Working within the constraints of a historic listed building, our team carefully balanced the preservation of its architectural character with the requirements of a contemporary boutique hotel. The works included a substantial rooftop extension, extensive refurbishment and restoration, together with a Delta membrane waterproofing system installed throughout the basement and vaults.

Every element was approached with the same level of care and precision. Close collaboration between our project, design and specialist teams allowed complex details to be resolved efficiently, while maintaining a consistently high standard of workmanship across the project.
