Onslow Square, South Kensington

A complete refurbishment of a top-floor residence within a Grade II listed building, delivered by Brecons.

The works included new roof-level structural steelwork to accommodate a fully bespoke kitchen, enhanced acoustic insulation to floors and walls, and the complete renewal of the living spaces and bedrooms. Bespoke internal doors and a new guest WC were introduced throughout.

Original furniture was carefully retained, complemented by bespoke marble fireplaces and specialist art handling, with all interventions coordinated sensitively within the listed fabric.
