A building-wide transformation.

Brecons delivered the comprehensive transformation of this four-storey Chelsea apartment building, including the basement, within a demanding 12-month programme.

The scheme involved the renewal of the building’s façade and windows, extensive landscaping, and the reconfiguration and refurbishment of multiple residences, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to three-bedroom and duplex homes.

Each residence was carefully considered as part of the wider architectural scheme, with kitchens, bathrooms, bespoke joinery, furniture and interior finishes coordinated through to final installation.
