Currently underway in the heart of Mayfair, this high-end apartment refurbishment is being carried out within the prestigious Grosvenor estate and involves the complete transformation of a 1920s residence.

Brecons is working closely with Grosvenor management and the wider professional team on a project subject to the Building Safety Regulator framework.
