A complete five-storey refurbishment in Kensington, transforming approximately 520 sqm into a highly considered contemporary residence.

Delivered by Brecons in just seven months, the project demanded an exceptionally disciplined programme and close coordination across every stage of the build.

The existing property was completely reconfigured with a new layout, integrated smart-home technology and solar panels, alongside fully marble-clad bathrooms, bespoke furniture and joinery, and a dedicated sauna and wellness room.

A new lift was introduced at the centre of the property, requiring the staircase to be completely rebuilt and carefully integrated into the new architectural layout.
